Linux controlling Hardware-Tasks on FPGA

Hello,

anyone else out there using or wanting to use Linux to control the
reconfiguration of a FPGA ? - Do you use dynamic partial reconfiguration
too ? - If so how did you design the relevant software coarsely ?
