I can't see any reason to support TLV_UNICAST_NEGOTIATION_ENABLE.
Just restart your client with a new configuration.

If you want the client to cancel its subscriptions on Ctrl-C, I think
we can add that.  But this series is really overkill.

I'll make a comment or two on the patches, but don't get the wrong
idea!  I really dislike this series.
