I want to cross compile linuxptp for arm.
I'm getting the following error message: error: sys/timerfd.h: No such
file or directory
We are using libc-2.6.
The manpage of timerfd mentions that glibc supports those calls since version
2.8

These system calls are available on Linux since kernel 2.6.25.
Library support is provided by glibc since version 2.8.
Is it possible to compile linuxptp-1.8 with glibc 2.6 at all?
