Hi Gents,

I have recently acquired a Microsemi IGM-1100i Grandmaster. Unlike my old
grandmaster, a TM2000A, this one isn't plug and play and being new to PTP
I'm kinda lost.

Per the user manual from the manufacturer my config is as follows:

PTP MASTER CONFIGURATION WITH PROFILE Default:

PTP State : enable
PTP Max Number Clients : 4
PTP TTL : 20
PTP DSCP : 25
PTP Dither : enable
PTP Two Steps : enable
PTP Announce Limit : 2
PTP Sync Limit : -6
PTP Delay Limit : -2
PTP Priority 1 : 200
PTP Priority 2 : 200
PTP Domain : 0
PTP Client-Timeout : 500
PTP Announce-Timeout : 4
PTP Vlan-Id : 20
PTP Timescale : AUTO

by going through the help file online the config file I've got so
farlooks like this:

[global]
logging_level 5
tx_timestamp_timeout 10
slaveOnly 1
dscp_general 25
dscp_event 25
priority1 200
priority2 200
assume_two_step 1

[eth0]

any suggestions on how I can get the ptp4l settings to talk to this
infernal device?

TIA,

Andrew
