I have installed the linuxptp package on CentOS 7. The current utc_offset is 37. What needs to happen when the utc_offset changes? Do I need to update the linuxptp package? Do I need to restart the ptp4l and phc2sys services? Do I need to update NTP or any other CentOS components? What do I need to do if there is an external PTP grandmaster? What do I need to do if I am using my CentOS 7 machine as a PTP grandmaster?
