That MAC address would apparently be in the Belkin OUI range, but you
apparently have a Linksys

it might be useful to show the output for the network controller from lspci
-v to see which hardware and driver is being used for the Ethernet
connection

sample output should be something like

02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82571EB/82571GB Gigabit
Ethernet Controller D0/D1 (copper applications) (rev 06)
Subsystem: Intel Corporation PRO/1000 PT Dual Port Server Adapter
        Physical Slot: 1
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 36
        Memory at fb660000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=128K]
        Memory at fb640000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=128K]
        I/O ports at d020 [size=32]
Capabilities: [c8] Power Management version 2
        Capabilities: [d0] MSI: Enable+ Count=1/1 Maskable- 64bit+
Capabilities: [e0] Express Endpoint, MSI 00
        Capabilities: [100] Advanced Error Reporting
Capabilities: [140] Device Serial Number 00-15-17-ff-ff-2d-3a-02
        Kernel driver in use: e1000e
        Kernel modules: e1000e

Cheers
