Thank you for directions;
with pmc I got two flags PTP_UTC_REASONABLE & PTP_TIMESCALE equal to True,
as I can see from wireshark;
However, windows client still won't connect;
could you extend how do I apply e2e hybrid / e2e unicast, to make the ptp4l
similar to confirmed configuration for ptpd, please?
https://github.com/microsoft/W32Time/tree/master/Precision%20Time%20Protocol/PTPd%20Configuration%20Examples

It seems also delay & poll interval values should match at the server and
windows client;
which default ptp4l values I need to set up at the windows client that have
per default annotate interval 4000 & poll delay interval 16000 ?
Any help integrating windows clients will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much!
