I guess you are talking about section 5.5 of Automotive Ethernet AVB Functional and Interoperability Specification Revision 1.5 - Public ยท 08 Sept 2016 The numbers in that document are not realistic. Your end point will not be "synchronized" with only two Sync messages. If you really want to, you are free write your own servo plugin that declares itself SERVO_LOCKED_STABLE after two messages.
