Hello all,
I am wondering is there a way that I can send mail using the mail
command without it showing that the mail came from machine.local?
I'm thinking there really isn't a way to do this since it is a machine
that is on a valid domain but I didn't see that it wasn't possible in my
google search.
Basically what I want to do is be able to send mail notifications to my
work mail address but our sendmail server is stating that
<address>@machine.local (my home machine) does not exist.
Is this setting I can change to say send as my valid mail address that I
am checking via fetchmail or something like that?
