I would agree with this.  I upgraded mine from a 40 gig 5400 to an 80
gig 7200.  I didn't do any benchmarking with the old drive, and I don't
have a desktop to compare performance to, but I didn't notice the
stellar performance upgrade I was expecting with a 7200 rpm drive..
Startup of apps is still pretty slow on first run...bootup time didn't
seem to change at all.
