I am installing the gentoo ebuild cvs versions now. I would like to learn how to use the instrument database and then use jsampler to build orchestras. I am also looking forward to gigedit and seeing if when you load a gig only the keys that have samples mapped to them will light up. gigastudio does that and it really helps to visually see what keys are mapped. That would be a great feature to have right in jsampler so you can select the instrument and immediately see the mapped keys to play. Are the banks you speak of the instrument database? Thanks! :) Chris ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
