Hi Ebrahim,
yes it would be interesting if you could do some benchmarks on OS/X,

I usually load a large GIG piano and then run a classical midi file and see
how it behaves,
if there are cpu usage spikes, audio drop outs etc.
one of my favorites is this MIDI file
http://www.piano-midi.de/midis/chopin/chpn-p24.mid
especially the glissando towards the end pushesh up polyphony to 200 voices
using the
LS win32 binary. my intel core2 2Ghz cpu shows 35% cpu usage, but since the
LS audio thread
is not multicore, it is in fact using 70% of a single core.
I think you should get similar performance on OS X.
If you post benchmarks please enlist the type of hardware and software too
(OS version, sequencer apps etc)

please tell us if Toshi's latest binary works well so we can update the
download page otherwise
