google g-town church gig. It is a torrent. I grabbed them the other 
night and they are quite good. I would recommend them on the free side.

Compared to the $1200 percussion library I have (SAMS True Strike 1 and 
2) it is decent however much smaller and a bit less of quality, but 
really good!

And of course the new piano samples on the linuxsampler page.

P.S. I started off looking for free good samples and ended up spending 
thousands on pro samples :(

Just the way it is out there for the most part but there is enough free
