You can increase the number of channels, use the spinbutton in the JACK
device settings that now says "2" and change it to "4". Then click you can
click on the "CR" button on the sample channel with the guitar and change
the channel routing from 1 & 2 to 3 & 4. The signal from the guitar will now
be sent on channel 3 & 4 while the drum is still on 1 & 2. Just connect
channel 3 & 4 to the guitar effect.
