Yeah, it seems you once installed LS manually with "make install" and at that 
time to the default prefix which is /usr/local. So you know probably even 
have two LS versions installed at the same time, one under /usr/local and one 
under /usr. Remove the old LS version under /usr/local and repeat the whole 
build procedure.
