Hi, I have followed the Windows Build Instructions and am stuck on attempting the first compile : libsndfile. On running ./configure I get a "checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables" error.
I have attached the config.log so that Andreas or some other knowledgeable guru can help. I'm running Windows XP Professional Just one other comment. A standard windows user will not know how to 'Extract all these files to the msys directory, by starting msys, do "cd /" and use tar' - it might be best to give an example of using tar there as well.
