Hi,
I am attempting to build a PPA of linuxsampler related (and other sound
stuff that doesn't work right out of standard Ubuntu repos)
https://launchpad.net/~david-konsumer/+archive/konsumer
I have had to modify the debian/control file just a little to get them to
build (linuxsampler, and libgig, especially) They are pretty minor changes,
but I would like to give them back to the project, so packages can be built
of these automatically (as on PPA, or standard Ubuntu repos)
I am still fussing a little with build dependencies for gigedit and
linuxsampler. Once I get these sorted out, who should I give patches for
modified debian/control files to?
Also, I am a dedicated user of Debian/Ubuntu and linuxsampler, and would be
willing to support working on maintaining the debian stuff, more long-term,
or helping the current maintainer. I'm not a deb-expert, but it may be
helpful enough.
