In gigedit the numbers for the dimension split ranges are not shown 
explicitly. You have to look at the bars to see how big each dimension 
region is, and you can also change the ranges by moving the splits with 
the mouse.

In libgig you find the ranges in DimensionRegion::DimensionUpperLimits. 
Version 2 gig files use the DimensionRegion::VelocityUpperLimit instead.
