At the moment the loaded resources (files, instruments and samples) of the resource managers are not exposed via LSCP or C++ API. ON_DEMAND_HOLD instruments should only be freed if the respective instrument is not used on any sampler channel anymore and the instrument is deleted from its MIDI Instrument map.
