Yes, all (currently 3) engines support disk streaming. But note that support 
regarding Soundfont 2 is currently yet limited to basic playback, that is most 
of the articulation stuff is not implemented yet.

The implementation regarding SFZ is much more ahead, but we dont provide a 
graphical editor for SFZ yet.
