I was expressing my self badly, sorry about that. I use Linux and to me, a 
non binary version of Fantasia has for some reason always been very hard to 
compile and run while the binaries binaries use to work without any trouble. 
I have avoided CVS versions of Fantasia for that reason for a long time now 
and I can't see that a new post sfz binary version of Fantasia is done on 
Linux sampler.

Just writing that it seems to me that qsampler is the only front without an 
explanation was a mistake, sorry about that.
