It is enabled indeed and linuxsampler made a fallback with following message:

Warning: your soundcard doesn't support chosen hardware parameters;
trying to compensate support lack with plughw...

I'm looking for lowest possible latency. With FRAGMENTSIZE=48 I'm
getting sound artifacts with dmix and smooth playback with my patch.
That's the only reason.

I'm using analog outputs.
