Hi, As you probably know, we have a build system that compiles the code and creates installers for Windows and Mac every time a change is done in the source code.
The installer for macOS is now modernized: * All components (libgig, linuxsampler, etc) are built with a newer compiler, one that supports C++11. C++11 is also enabled in the builds. * Third-party libraries are updated to newer versions, especially: GTK (used by gigedit) is now version 3, and Qt (used by QSampler) is version 5. * The upgrade of Qt makes QSampler work again. It has been broken in the Mac installer for a long time, as Qt 5 has been a requirement. * The minimum required macOS version is now 10.7. This means PowerPC Macs are no longer supported. * 32-bit Intel binaries are no longer included. Please let us know if this is a problem to you. The new installer can be found on the download page on www.linuxsampler.org, in snapshot builds from today (20190310).
