There is pitchbend of course, which is on per part (sampler channel) level.

Then globally for all parts there is the Roland GS scale tuning SysEx message. 
Which allows to fine tune the 12 individual notes of an octave by cents.

And there is the coarse tuning RPN controller, which transposes in semi tone 
steps.
