Hi again all. Dunno if this is a bug or a feature, but I've figured out a reliable and reproducible way to get around the crossfade weirdness in gigedit.
The problem is if you have a single dimension selected and start trying to move the crossfade-in start, crossfade-in end, etc sliders, they all reset back to 0. The solution I've found is to first select the "All dimensions" tickbox at the bottom and move a slider. This makes the blue crossfade lines visible and the crossfade settings stay. After this, you can simply untick the "all dimensions" box and edit each individual crossfades like normal without the crossfades settings disappearing. Hope this helps somebody, Andrew.
