That explains why you have that bug there. You are using the last release version of LS where Andreas' fix is not included yet. Check out the latest development version from our Subversion server like described here: http://linuxsampler.org/downloads.html#svn You need at least to get libgig and linuxsampler this way and recompile those two at least to fix your issue.
