Your question seems to be little obscure and I could
hardly understand your present problem and future
needs. 

doubt 1. When you join a computer to domain then its
name is automatically added to LDAP in domain
controller. Not clear, what are your worries in here.

doubt 2. You started your query with samba-ldap PDC
and you ended up with Windows AD to shake our heads.
Don't know, if you are talking in context of migrating
from existing M$ AD to Samba PDC or something
different.

If you can elaborate this little more then hopefully I
could be of some help to you.
