1) Check, Is 'ucspi-tcp' package installed or not, If you are following
qmailrocks , it should be in

/usr/src/qmail/ucspi-tcp-0.88/ location

I am setting up qmail server following instructions from
 qmailrocks.org on a Fedora 5 box.
When I am setting up selective relaying for localhost in Step 9,

 echo '127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""' >> /etc/tcp.smtp

and rebuild the tcpserver cdb file for smtp by the command

 qmailctl cdb

 Its throwing error
/usr/bin/qmailctl: line 102: tcprules: command not found
chmod: cannot access `/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb': No such file or directory
 Reloaded /etc/tcp.smtp.

Has anyone else faced this problem before, Please shere the solution

 Thanks in advance
 Kamaljit
