I've filed https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=410367 to keep track of this. The changes needed are minor but there are many bundles affected. I think if committers change the set of bundles for which they are responsible initially, followed by any remaining bundles, the process will go fairly smoothly.
