https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1090003 was just bringed to my attention. So we might need a nightly of Tycho with this fixed in order to be able to build against latest luna. Will be investigated further but please move Linux Tools build to 0.21-SNAPSHOT if it fixes the problem for you.
