Hi,

OProfile has been used to collect data on one machine and then analyze it on 
another.  The oparchive command is used to package the data and related 
binaries for analysis on another machine.

I don't know how hard it would be to add support to linuxtools for that.

I would imagine this workflow would be common with embedded platforms where 
there isn't much room for heavyweight analysis software.
