It's time to start talking for our next releases too. We would consider master 
open for Neon (mimic CDT) for our 5.0 (major) release and setting everything to 
Java 1.8. 
If someone is interested in doing further Mars releases - that's not a problem 
for 4.2.z releases with the usual limitations - no API changes and no new CQs. 
If someone is interested in driving 4.3 release please say so to create a 
branch for you but you should be ready to do most of the work regarding the 
release, only work that is limited for project leads will be done by Jeff or me.
