[LinuxUsers] SPF policy enabled on socallinux.org

I added the SPF policies in the DNS for socallinux.org.

Please let me know if you hear from someone that they have stopped
receiving e-mail or that e-mail either stopped being or is now being
classified differently in a spam filter.
