Thanks to both Brian and Greg. I'll give one/both a try. What I'm doing is trying to find out how many hits I'm getting; I'm being hit by a salesman for a commercial DNS vendor who wants me to buy his solution; he's telling me how inexpensive it could be for multiple namesevers depending on how many hits I get. Since right now I maintain three dedicated nameservers (we do authoritative DNS for a few thousand low-volume domains) that's not really cheap, so I want to see if his solution is price-competitive, so I have to know how many hits I'm getting.
