Since I am interested in doing some web programming ( actually I am heading in
that direction
professionally) then Drupal has caught my attention, but I also am considering
joomla but then again
I'm not really sure I want to get into content management systems since I am
learning LAMP, and other
more nuts and bolts programming.

I'm not sure I really understand the full concept of RSS. I just use the one
built into
firefox. Y'know, I go to the page, and I click on the link for the podcast I
want and download it.,
So far, I havn't found any podcast feeds that I want to automatically download
podcasts, but that is
because I don't want to eat up all my hard disk. I don't understand why you
recommend hpodder.
If you want to explain, and help me get up to speed....I'd appreciate it.
