All,
We are using Postfix with Spamassasin as our mail server for ourselves
and some of our customers.
Recently one of our customers has complained that they are getting some,
but not all of some important auto-generated e-mails from their bank.
They say that the e-mails are not getting pushed to their Outlook Junk
folder, so I naturally started looking at the server.
I first went to the log files to see what Spamassasin was removing, but
when I look at the logs only one e-mail account shows any spam
activity. It seemed wierd b/c my account alone should have a tons of
entries. So I don't know what's happening there.
i checked the other log files and saw nothing of interest. I added an
entry to the Spamassasin white list for the time being.
Any ideas on how to track something like this down.
