1 MHz. There is no requirement for anything faster, or more feature-filled. It does its job, and that's all that is necessary. If there is a problem, the processor is easily fast enough to react in time to avert global destruction. Plus, they can play Loderunner like nobody's business. Can the LHC's SLC4 say the same?
