Seems like the Tilt will "support" (aka hacked) running Android, and if so, it won't take long until it sees hacked versions for other handsets too. Mine never saw an official upgrade to WM6, but I run it daily and it is much much better than WM5. Verizon XV6700 aka HTC Apache.
So far the Android previews/screenshots/etc look awesome. And also, as stated in the article, devs get 100% of the revenue :) Only time will tell.
