This is like if Canada started to use the American flag in their tourism
advertisements

In general, the problem is how many animals could they have chosen?......of
all the birds in the world. Specifically, the images on the
billboard look suspiciously similar to the penguins as they take off in the
commercial.

Microsoft is garbage....... bring the flame, complain, and say I am
religious. They are intentionally trying to annoy the Linux community with
this crap while at the same time testing the waters of disassociating the
penguin as a symbol in the Linux community.

Why go out of your way to annoy the Linux Community when your website
states that you are "building bridges and collaborating with leading *open
source* companies and the *open source* community?" It is crap like this
that reminds me that ANY "open source" code published by Microsoft should
not be trusted or worked on by those true to the open source way.
