Hey guys,

David and I have kicked around the idea of having something more structured at some of the Riverside meetings.

One idea I would propose is picking some topic in advance (whatever it is, although ARP poisoning is a hot topic for obvious reasons) and then collectively tackle it for, say, an hour or so at the meeting. After the meeting, we could start a thread on some of what we learned and share that with those who were in the meeting. Maybe we could even through up a wiki page at the meeting and put up some of the resources that people throw up or tag with, say, del.icio.us or whatever.

One topic Dave mentioned on IRC tonight was SAN/NAS and the differences between them. Chris and I pointed out OpenFiler and a few others. Does that sound like something that others might find interesting?

How does the overall idea sound?
