I don't think that is an insane idea. A few months back I considered mentioning it might be good having a collection of resumes within the community so that if anyone needed help or their company needed a consultant they would know who might be able to help. Either way everyone has their own style of resume and some work better than others. Being able to see resumes that have worked can really help a person with theirs.
