Shop closes at 10 same as the one we were meeting at. They were previously open till midnight. I recall some of our first meetings there that many of us stayed in the parking lot chatting well after they closed. What led me to eventually move to a different coffee shop was the this venue is ok for meetings its not great. As well there was one occasion where the person working the counter wanted to leave early and kicked us out at 8. I called and spoke to a Shannon and confirmed they will be open till at least 10. Im guessing it was something like if the store has not made a certain amount by X o'clock they close early. I mentioned the 8 o'clock event and she confirmed that they no longer do that. It was a previous manager thing but did not confirm my suspicions. I hope to find a non-chain place for us to meeting that has wi-fi and is some sort of a Cafe/Coffe Shop but those are getting harder to find nowadays. With any luck the larger location will be open by our next meeting. -Chris > > -----Original Message----- > From: Chris Louden <[email protected]> > Sent: Thursday, February 26, 2009 5:16 PM > To: SoCal Linux Users <[email protected]> > Subject: [LinuxUsers] SRCLE meeting this weekend DIFFERENT LOCATION > > Hello, > > I apologize for the delaying the announcement. > > SRCLE Meeting this Saturday. > > When: Sat, Feb 28, 7:30pm – 10:00pm > Where: Its a Grind 40444 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd.
