[LinuxUsers] gsView for extracting txt quickly

For what it's worth, gsView is a very cool tool for quickly extracting 
text from locked PDFs.

I just used it to quickly grab about about 200 pages.  Of course, the 
formatting was all jacked up, but it was just the quick and dirty tool I 
needed at the time.
