Preferably there is http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/ or you can use
http://www.cygwin.com/

There is also a server 2003 admin pack and resource kit. Both can be
installed on XP/Vista as well. Includes things like that that MS
makes. Instead of grep there is qgrep and so on. All very useful tools
if have to work with windows.
