I have to say I disagree with the Drupal comments made earlier. Drupal
is very modular. Which makes it scalable for large installations as
well you can strip it down for a simple blog. Granted the Admin UI can
be bit daunting, but no where near as painful as joomla or workpress.

My only problem with Drupal is the themes. I wish there were more and
better available.
