And I found one more thing: websitewelcome.com (their nameservers) belong to HostGator (checked on webhostingtalk.com); they're probably reselling HostGator. HostGator probably oversells as well but maybe not; their smallest reseller hosting package is 24GB for $25/month. And the WHMCS billing solution used by firstnationalcity is probably supplied free by HostGator with the reseller account. And used used insecurely.
