If you can boot into safe mode you can right-click on My computer,
Select Properties, Advanced tab, Look for the settings of "Startup and
Recovery". Uncheck automatically restart.

If (when) the BSOD occurs you can then read it to see what it say.

I've found the solution to most BSOD errors is to install Linux only ;-)
