That's not censorship it's regulation. It would be so easy to just make all adult content move over to .xxx. Granted the demand for domain names would make for a nice economic boost in someones pocket. All existing .com/.net/ ...etc. would just need to redirect to the new .xxx.

If you are caught with adult content on a .com/.net/.etc you pay a fine and continued abuse results in the loss of the tld. Just like a drivers license works.

This would make the admins for forum sites go nuts with moderation. But it's no different then a bartender checking ID.

spam.)
