I'm also positive that circumventing network policies in such a place is pretty damn close to being kicked out. A lot of businesses adopt this policy. And TBH, people will always find something to waste time on the internet. If that was a valid reason, then they'd have to stop people from using cellphones too, because anyone can spend time on twitter using iphones/blackberries/etc.
