Hi John, There's actually two meetings. One in South Riverside County and one in North Riverside County.
South County (SRCLE): We Usually get together at the "It's A Grind" on Murrieta Hot Springs Rd (right off the 215 Hwy) on the last Saturday of the month. Usually Trevor will announce a few days before and some people will meet up for diner. Lately some have been having diner after the meeting due to the earlier close time of the coffee shop. WiFI is free there so bring your favorite linux device to connect to the intertubes! We pretty much sit around and try to keep some conversation and playful banter throughout the night. Some impromptu demos may also happen. As for the North County meetings, I haven't heard from David Kaiser in awhile announcing the meeting, but it was usually one to two Sundays before the SRCLE meeting. At SRCLE expect anywhere from four to eight, sometimes more to show up. Most of the time the topics are technical in nature, since many work in the IT industry. Myself I just go to leach some knowledge ;-) If you need directions let us know. Look forward to "leaching" some more knowledge! --Manny On Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 8:46 PM, John Rivera <[email protected]> wrote: > hello all, I Would like to know more about this meeting, Since I Haven't > Come Before. > > _______________________________________________ > LinuxUsers mailing list > [email protected] > http://socallinux.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linuxusers > > _______________________________________________ LinuxUsers mailing list [email protected] http://socallinux.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linuxusers
